Who we are

What we process and why

  • Enquiries. If you email or phone us, we process your contact details and message to reply and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this data for as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting contract, or as required by law.
  • Website analytics (only with your consent). We use Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to see which pages are viewed and on what kind of device. This uses the cookies _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years). Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics storage is denied by default and starts only after you press "Accept". You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Provider: Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred outside the EEA under the safeguards Google provides.
  • Hosting logs. Our hosting provider Hostinger processes server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Video. Our video is hosted on YouTube. It loads from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play; until then nothing is sent to YouTube. After you press play, Google may set cookies and process data under its own privacy policy.
  • Fonts and scripts. Fonts are served from our own server; we do not use Google Fonts.

Cookies and local storage

Apart from the analytics cookies above, which are set only after your consent, we do not use cookies. Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key ofski_consent; it is not a cookie and is not sent to our server.

Recipients

Hostinger International Ltd. (hosting) and Google (analytics and video, as described above). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to projects@advus.lt. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), vdai.lrv.lt.
